My name is Erika. I am original from Romania; currently living in Alberta, Canada.

Morpho Jewels is my little personal enterprise and an opportunity for me to release all my creativity into one-of-a-kind jewelry.

I was going through a slow time in 2015. Not much work for a geologist as myself, lots of time to reflect over the present and a great opportunity to plan for the future.
During that time, a good friend of mine (with previous experience in the jewelry making world) got me into beading and braiding. She taught me techniques and showed me the possibilities. And that was it...

I discovered skills I haven't been aware I possessed before. And then I started reading and hearing about how much people are turning back to spirituality and spiritual aids (either through yoga, meditation, reiki, or wearing spiritual accessories).
And that is when it all came together: I started combining my crafty skills and handiness with my (already certified) knowledge about rocks and my constant desire to help others.

The results are only making me want to do more: I have received positive feedback about both the aesthetics and the spiritual aid my products have provided. As far as I am concerned, that is mission accomplished!
And the journey continues! Can't wait to see what comes next!
