4 de 5 estrellasI never received the item, but the seller was helpful in responding to my questions. The item was marked as shipped, but the tracking just kept showing it as pre-transit. After a couple weeks without a tracking update, I reached out to the seller. They determined that it had been lost in the mail and promptly refunded my purchase as soon as they learned that was the issue.
