Na mitologia nórdica, Odin envia dois corvos pelo mundo a cada amanhecer. Um é Huginn — o Pensamento. O outro é Muninn — a Memória. Todas as noites eles retornam para sussurrar o que viram. Odin temia, acima de tudo, que Muninn não voltasse.
Batizamos nossa oficina com o nome do corvo da memória, porque é isso que fazemos: buscamos as coisas que a história quase esqueceu e as trazemos de volta.
Muninn & Make é um pequeno estúdio criativo dirigido por duas pessoas com paixões complementares. Muse é historiadora pública, autora e ex-curadora, com uma paixão especial pelas mulheres e meninas que a história negligenciou, pelos objetos que carregam suas histórias e pelos museus que as preservam. Ela escreve o blog de história The BackStory e dedicou sua carreira a encontrar as pessoas que deveriam estar nos livros didáticos.

Muninn & Make is a small creative studio run by two people with complementary obsessions. Muse is a public historian, author, and former curator with a particular passion for the women and girls history has overlooked, the objects that carry their stories, and the museums that preserve them. She writes the history blog The BackStory and has spent her career finding the people who should have been in the textbooks.
Izzy is a gamer, dungeon master, painter and maker with a gift for transforming the ordinary into something you want to live with. His original spray-painted works — planets, cosmos, bold forms — share shelf space with designs sourced from the vast, extraordinary wealth of public domain art held in museum collections around the world.
