Do shorter names have shorter stories?
No, If the child's has only 3, 4, or 5 letters in there name we add extra pages so each book is packed full of clever rhyming stories.
How are the books personalized?
Our books are uniquely personalized like no other story book available. They are totally unique.
Please refer to the full product listing for each book to see what information we require to make you book super special.
Each book will then be handmade just for you and sent to your desired location.
What are your Christmas Shipping Dates and Delivery?
Our last dates for accepting orders for 'estimated' Christmas delivery are as follows:
* US / CA - Received by / on 8th December
* UK Orders - Received by / on 16th December
* Australia / New Zealand - Received by / on Mon 4th Dec
* Europe - Received by / on 8th December
We always recommend allowing a few days contingency when able and we always process orders as fast as possible. We cannot "guarantee" Christmas delivery due to many factors such as postal delays, covid related delays, items that may get caught in customs for processing, as these can prolong shipping times which are out of our control.
Do you include a receipt or pricing information with the order?
No - we recognise that our books are nearly always bought as gifts and often sent directly to the recipient so we never include a receipt or pricing details in the packaging.
All you need by way of pricing details for your records, is kept electronically by Etsy.
