What is my Shipping Policy?
Once an order has been shipped with tracking, it is up to the customer to follow up with Canada Post, USPS or local shipping agents about the whereabouts of the package.
We cannot be held responsible for the delivery of packages that have been sent and marked as delivered. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please follow up with your local post office.
Are custom orders eligible for discount codes?
ALL custom orders are EXCLUDED from sale and discount codes. Unless previously discussed or explicitly stated, all orders placed with custom requirements using a discount code will be cancelled and refunded.
