Who are the creators of Nappin Kraken?

Zuza and Thom are a couple of artists from the small hamlet of Nauwigewauk, NB, making nice things to sell to you!

We try our best to make high quality items with resin, laser cut acrylic, and wood to share with you!

Please check out one of our social medias where we show the process as we're making items! We also have updates for future products and which conventions we'll be showing up at.

If you're interested in commissioning a unique item send us a message. (Please note that commissions will cost much more than items you see in the shop, as there is a large cost/time that goes into materials and development of a finished piece)

The laser-cut acrylic cuties tend to be of my design :) I do most of the assembly for acrylic items as well. I also sew, and make plushies.

Returns and exchange details
Refunds can be made to customers if they return the item to us. Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item. The item cost will be refunded once it arrives safely and undamaged to us.

We will not refund or replace charms or items damaged by wear or mistreatment. Aerosols (such as bug spray or sunscreen) and other chemicals can damage plastic.
We do a shipping run to the post office once a week (usually Wednesday or Thursday). We live in a rural area and making more frequent trips to the post is not feasible.

Items will be shipped on the shipping run soonest after the order is made, unless they are made day-of (in case of cancellations). Please remember that made-to-order items will require some time to actually be made first, and may not make it for the first available run!

All shipping now comes with tracking included!!
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes, we will not mark envelopes as "gift". (Even if you're gifting it to someone, customs still considers it an imported item that was bought)
If there's something wrong with your order(like you ended up receiving the wrong item), then please message us and we'll do our best to work it out!

It should take around 1-2 weeks from shipping for parcels to arrive in Canada or the United States, and 2-4 weeks for the rest of the world.
Additional policies and FAQs
If something happens that has you wanting to leave negative feedback, please message us first! We're sure we can work things out!

Message us if you are looking for commission work. Please be as detailed as possible when asking for a quote.
Be aware that the pricing of custom work is vastly more expensive than regular orders. Regular orders are only the cost of a cast, and the labor to put it together.
For commissions you will be paying for all the development work, and testing(if needed), as well as labor and materials to build the piece. Commissions start at $50 for laser cut items and $200 for resin cast items.
I charge $30/hr for graphic design work, which is required to make a lasercut design files and needed for some resin cast items depending on the details.
