This very adorable print arrived in the mail today! When I first saw it, it reminded me of my fish and I just felt I had to have it! Originally this print arrived at my post office very quickly but then got lost before I could pick it up. I made several calls and a few visits to the post office, but in the end they told me there was nothing they could do. I emailed Nathalie and asked her if it had been sent back to her. It had not arrived there. She kept in touch with me and after we waited a few weeks it still had not surfaced. Nathalie told me she would reprint and reship it and would not accept any compensation for the extra trouble she went through. True to her word, she promptly shipped it and it arrived here in a very reasonable time frame. Through this whole situation Nathalie expressed (through her kind actions) that she cares about her customers. She made this situation a little brighter and made sure I got the print. The print will now hang in my bedroom in the spot I picked especially for it! I would definitely recommend Nathalie's shop to a friend in a heartbeat and I look forward to visiting her shop again soon!

I received this print in the mail today. It arrived in perfect condition and is absolutely gorgeous! I absolutely cannot express how grateful I am to Nathalie. My print originally got lost in the mail once it reached my post office and after several visits it still had not turned up. I emailed Nathalie to see if it had been sent back to her. After waiting a few weeks it did not turn up and Nathalie ended up going out of her way and reprinting and reshipping it to me. She showed she truly cares about her customers and made sure I got the print. She even included an extra print she had previously agreed to include free of charge with the sale. In the end, she helped turn an otherwise dreary situation into something much brighter. The excellent quality of the print and the kindness Nathalie displayed made the wait well worth it. I would definitely recommend her to a friend and will shop at her shop again!
