Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Refunds available, but at purchasers expense for shipping costs for all purchases made through us.
Payment
Will only ship once payment has been recieved.

Prices can change at any point in time with no notice.
Delivery
orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

If a package is not delivered because of the wrong shipping information was provided it will be reshipped at the purchasers expense.

If there is a difference of $2.00 or more on shipping costs I will reimburse the purchaser.

I am open to shipping outside of Canada and the U.S., please contact me so we can discuss the cost of shipping and methods preferred.
