5 out of 5 starsI wish there were more stars for Nella. She absolutely nailed our sign in board. I even rushed her because Etsy said it wouldn’t be here in time and she no problem got it to us in plenty of time and when I messaged her about the possibility she was so kind! I almost didn’t let people sign it! Can not recommend enough.

Hi Jessica. Once again, I'm sorry that me offering to drive, pick up your package, hand deliver it to you, after the shipping company inconvenienced you and left you a ticket to pick up because you were not home, and give you a refund, was poor customer service in your eyes. If there was a way to make you happy, I believe I could have done that. I love knowing that you're happy with your product, just sad to know that your rating is based on something out of my control. I wish you all the very best on your special day!
