The issue with the game not launching is caused specifically by the mod you installed, as mods often break the game or cause crashes if they aren't compatible with the game version. ​If you remove the mod files and launch the game in its vanilla (unmodded) state, it will run properly. ​If you still need help getting it to work or aren't satisfied, I am more than happy to issue a full refund.
