Please understand that shipping is a challenge right now. I ship most things outside Canada small package air. This service typically takes between 6 - 12 business days, but currently, this is not the case. Even tracked packages are taking longer, but if you require something quick, please message me because an expedited service you need. I do everything I can to ship out the same day, but both Canada Post and USPS are at holiday time delivery levels with increased safety measures and smaller staffs. I appreciate your patience.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Delivery
Unless instructed otherwise, I ship all items as inexpensively as possible (this usually means ground service with no tracking or insurance) via Canada Post.
For Orders Within Canada:
Local (Midland, ON) orders can be picked up.
For Orders Internationally:
International shipments can take up to 2-12 weeks to arrive (especially Asia and Australia)
Any import customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Unfortunately, these charges are your responsibility and will be imposed upon the delivery of your parcel by your local Customs/Postal office.
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
I do my best to make sure your items arrive quickly and in the condition you expect, but I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages, nor delays by the postal services.
