Refunds are happily issued if I have mis-represented an item (shipping included). I'm only human, so I urge you to look over a purchase to make sure its on the square (patterns, etc). If something is not correct, please let me know within 7 days of receiving the item.

Custom orders.
Custom orders are happily taken. Once the process has started, I will happily work with you through email/phone. If I receive no reply from you after consecutive 3 attempts, it will be your responsibility to contact me. If I have not heard back in 2 months, the job is forfeit, and all funds that have been paid are non refundable.

By purchasing any paper or digital reproduction pattern, you agree to not redistribute, copy to sell, and sell merchandise from NewVintageLady patterns.

LAY-AWAY
Lay-aways are done on a person by person basis. Please contact me for a lay-away request. 20% of total purchase is due at the request. The item will be pulled from etsy circulation until the total payment is collected.

The payments will be broken into two bi-weekly payments for purchases $150-$400, or three bi-weekly payments for purchases $401+

A non refundable fee of 10% (minus PayPal/credit card fees) of currently paid money will be charged if the lay away is canceled.

If the lay-away balance is past the agreed time, the lay-away will be promptly canceled, and money refunded (minus the 10% and PayPal/credit card fees).

CUSTOM DRESSES/ORDERS
Custom dresses start at $200 and go up depending on complexity of design, and/or sizing requirements. Price does not include shipping (extra flat rate of $30) and cost of materials (buyer's responsibility, but I am more than willing to work with the buyer to purchase the fabric on my end, or to have them mail it to me).

My Process is this: Once a dress design has been agreed upon, I send you a form for your measurements. I do a mock up garment and mail that to you. You try it on and tell me if it needs anymore alterations: The neckline may need adjusting, you want a different fit on the arms, etc. If you wish for a second mock up, there is an extra charge ($50). From that discussion, I then make the real dress and send it to you!

Payment of 50% is due before start and once mock up is mailed, that is non refundable. The final 50% is due at the start of the final garment. Once the process has started, I will happily work with you through email/phone. If I receive no reply from you after consecutive 3 attempts at contact, it will be your responsibility to contact me. If I have not heard back in 2 months, the job is forfeit, and all funds that have been paid are non refundable.

Progress images are messaged to the buyer throughout the process upon request. Please allow 3-4 weeks for garment to be made once mock-up is complete.

All items are wrapped in plastic and padded. Patterns are wrapped in plastic and shipped non backed.

USA Shipping
Unless otherwise indicated, all packages ship USPS first class.
Overages for multiple items ordered will be promptly refunded after items have shipped. Depending on weight of item, it will ship Priority Mail which currently includes tracking and $100 of insurance. Extra insurance is responsibility of the buyer and if the item is rare or irreplaceable, you may wish to consider it. Please contact me via message if additional insurance is wanted.

International Shipping
International shipping is welcome. Due to rising shipping costs international shipments will be charged accordingly. Any overage in shipping costs will gladly be refunded via PayPal. All import taxes and fees (etc.) are responsibility of the buyer. I can only track packages until after they leave the USA. Once they leave, unless additional tracking is purchased, I have no way to know where the package is.

Please note that international packages can take as long as 6+ weeks to arrive due to customs. I mark all international packages as 'merchandise' on the custom declaration form. I am NOT responsible for packages lost in transit once they leave the USA. If that is a concern, please contact me to order extra international package insurance and I can get a quote for you. Please know that extra tracking/insurance on international items is pricy but best if you have purchased a rare or hard to find item.

If you have a concern that a package is taking too long, please check with your postal service and see if there are any custom delays. If extra insurance and or tracking was not ordered before shipment, then the buyer assumes all responsibility of the package's whereabouts/conditions. ***
