I am happy to work with you on a custom order. Once details are agreed upon, I will send you a custom listing. Once purchased, I will begin your custom order. Processing times will be as stated in the custom listing unless otherwise communicated. Please note that Processing Time is the time it takes me to lovingly complete your custom piece. Shipping Time is the approximate time it takes to ship your piece. If you need an item by a certain date, please communicate that clearly and I will set your shipping type/price accordingly. Unfortunately, customs and postage delays are out of my control.

Please note that shipping outside of Canada will be subject to Customs & Duties which are the responsibility of the Buyer. Delays due to customs processing are out of my control.

Orders to the US & Canada automatically include tracking.

I am not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses. Buyers must notify me as soon as possible if an incorrect address has been given and I will update the address ONLY if the item has not been shipped. I am unable to redirect orders once they are shipped.

All items over $15 Canadian will be shipped with tracking.
