Return & Exchange
Please understand due to hygiene reasons, a return is only acceptable if the piece is unworn and unused and must be in an original packaging.
Please contact us first within 5 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return instruction on returning the package back to us at your own expense. Once a return is received, a refund will be issued minus the initial shipping fee.
We are NOT responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not provide shipping costs for exchanges as it is the responsibility of the customer to select the correct size of jewelry.
Duties & Customs
