ETSY DELIVERY ESTIMATIONS ARE BASED UPON ‘NORMAL’ TIMES. ITEMS ARE SOMETIMES INEXPLICABLY DELAYED.
SINCE THE PANDEMIC AND BREXIT THERE HAVE BEEN PERSISTENT UNEXPLAINED DELAYS AT TIMES. Please be patient as international orders can be delayed by customs or at processing centres. Many domestic postal services are challenged logistically, even in the USA.
Tracking is provided for items valued more than £25, but if the item is delayed then the tracking cannot be updated until it is scanned. If you require an item quickly either request a courier quote or perhaps visit us another time when the global situation improves.

This clip is a replacement for another scarf clip that sadly got lost in the mail, and Kate swiftly help me pick out another one, that is even more perfect, and got it to me (US) in a mere 3 days! Any taxes added are collected by Etsy on behalf of your government.
Layaway- I am open to layaway and will work out a payment plan with you. A non refundable deposit of 20% is required and is made at the time of reserving the item. In the event that you cannot fulfil your payment obligation then a credit note for this shop will be issued for the amount of money already received.
Delivery
1. If your item has a value of £25 or less then it will be posted by regular domestic or airmail service which has no tracking, but there is compensation. However, you cannot make a claim with the post office for loss until a minimum of 25 working days have passed.
2. If tracking is important to you and YOU DID NOT CHOOSE then Please convo me immediately and I will create an additional shipping listing for you.
3. Higher value items have been listed with tracked and signed shipping as standard.
3. Items required quickly can be sent by Next Day delivery domestically and by Courier internationally. Convo me for a shipping listing if you missed these upgrade options at Checkout. I do need your email address for the courier's acceptance and tracking.
4. If tracking shows that an item could not be delivered and you have not followed up on redelivery or customer collection then the item will be returned to us. Upon it's safe arrival you will be given a partial refund after taking into account any costs incurred by us.
IMPORT TAX
We do ship worldwide and most countries have import taxes and duties. In many cases Etsy is collecting this tax at the checkout, but items refused will not be refunded until we have received them undamaged. We will deduct the shipping fee, and any customs fees incurred when it enters the UK's domain. Unfortunately, EU countries are now collecting 20% import vat (zero threshold) and duty (threshold £135). The tax in Australia is 10% and in the USA individual states set variable taxes ranging from around 5% to 10%.
DELAYS
All international items sent are subject to delay due to customs controls and processing delays while redirecting post from one service to another. These delays can be minimised by requesting premium courier services such as FEDEX, which are very rapid and you often have your purchase within 72 hours. I do need your email and telephone number to fulfil the courier's requirements.
There is additional stress on worldwide postal services due to the international security measures and the coronavirus pandemic. So please be patient if your item takes significantly more time than expected to reach you. ETSY AND THE POSTAL SERVICES ALSO REQUEST YOUR PATIENCE DURING THESE DIFFICULT TIMES. Delay is unfortunately a risk with international post.
Royal Mail expects delays to international mail due to an ongoing cyber attack.

If your item has not arrived. you will need to liaise with your local post office if you are not around when they call.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of vintage items, imperfections can be expected, but we do list anything untoward in the description of each listing. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS so please be certain before purchasing anything.

Please resist leaving negative feedback for delays with shipping. As mentioned above, there are several ongoing reasons why delays occur and it really is beyond our control. We only ship to countries with proven secure systems so be assured your parcel will not get lost. It will either reach you or be returned to me if that is not possible, At the moment, there are delays/backlogs (sometimes significant) in the postal system because of the Royal Mail cyber attack. Not all items are affected, but it can be irritating and frustrating for all of us,
