The Papermain Story
Hi there! My name is Nan and I am a marketing professional and DIY aficionado from Vancouver, Canada.
Making paper sentiments has been my labor of love since discovering scented markers in 6th grade. It's not always easy to express how we feel, that is why I am passionate about creating heartfelt and comical connections through delightful pop culture paper goods.
At first, all of our cards were designed, printed and foiled by myself (with some help from my husband) in our cozy Vancouver apartment. However, over time the growth in orders led us to seek some high quality printers for our artwork. This also allowed us to be more colorful with our designs and choose from a greater variety in cardstock materials. So far, this has been such an amazing journey. We are so overwhelmed with the amount of support from family, friends and the Etsy community and are excited to see where else our creativity can take us!

How long will it take for shipping?
All Papermain cards require 1-2 business days for production prior to shipping. Unless otherwise arranged, we ship all orders through standard Canada Post delivery. This means your order will not normally include tracking to keep shipping costs minimal for you. Below are the estimated delivery times by region:
To Canada: 4-7 business days
To United States: 6-12 business days
International: 8-15 business days
Sometimes there are delays at the post office which may cause your order to arrive later. While these circumstances are not in our control, if your order does not arrive within 4 weeks of its shipping date, please let us know and we will provide a full refund.
