The topper is adorable and high quality. It looks exactly like the photos. The packaging was done well and the item arrived in perfect condition. My only reason for 4/5 stars is due to a lack of communication. I understand people are busy but it did take just under a month to come and I didn’t get any type of communication until I reached out at 3 weeks with concerns about shipping time.
