Will I receive a physical item?

No. This is a digital download only. Nothing will be shipped.

How do I download my files?

After payment, go to You > Purchases and reviews and click "Download files". Etsy also emails you a download link.

What sizes are included?

US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) and A4. Each listing shows the exact sizes.

Can I print it more than once?

Yes. Print as many copies as you like for your own personal use.

Can I use it on GoodNotes or another tablet app?

Yes, the PDFs can be imported into GoodNotes, Notability and similar apps. Listings marked "digital planner" include clickable links.

Can I sell or share the files?

No. The files are for personal use only. Please don't resell, share or redistribute them.

Do you offer refunds?

Because these are digital files, I can't accept returns or exchanges. If something is wrong with your file, message me and I'll fix it or make it right.

The colours look different when printed. Why?

Every screen and printer shows colour slightly differently. Printing on matte paper with your printer's "best quality" setting gives the closest result.
