The metal wires that I use come directly from the manufacturer: nickel-free sterling silver (.925) and 14kt gold-filled (14kt G.F./20) wire. Every piece that I create is stamped with the metal quality mark (925) or (14ktGF/20) as well as with a Registered Canadian Trademark.
This micro-stamp is usually found on the bail of the pendants.
14kt G.F./20 stands for 14kt gold-filled wire, 1/20 by part solid 14kt gold, or 0.0292 x current market price of gold.

All of my gemstone pendants and earrings are made using a minimum of three wires to better hold and protect the gemstone, which ensures that you are purchasing a quality piece of jewelry.

At Pargem Designs, we take care to securely package every item to avoid any damage. Should it happen that your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately. We require that you to take a photo of the damaged item, for insurance purposes, to show the state of the item. Please return the damaged item back to us for a refund. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the returned item.
Once an item is shipped, we cannot cancel an order. You will have to wait to receive the package in order to start the return process. We have a NO RETURN Policy for items on sale.
