Do you offer refunds or returns?
PatternCreations does not offer returns or refunds on digital products, due to the fact that once you've received the digital download, you'll have lifetime access to the templates - and this isn't something that can be returned. So, please always check that you have the right templates in your basket before you purchase, if you are unsure of something please reach out beforehand so I can guide you through your questions and ensure you buy the right product
How to download your files from Etsy?
1: All digital downloads are emailed out by Etsy automatically to your email account (but it may take some time). If you do not see the email, it might be in your SPAM folder.
2: Your purchases also always appear here: www.etsy.com/your/purchases
3: Click on the name of the product, and you should see the button “Download files”.
IMPORTANT: it's not currently possible to download your files from Etsy app, please log in to your Etsy account that you made the purchase with through mobile browser.
Does the designs include PLR/MMR/POD licences?
No they do not and you are not allowed to resell the file of the designs or templates in any form!
These templates are useable for personal use only. Each purchase you make grants you a SINGLE license as the registered buyer. This template set is for your use only and CANNOT be resold or shared, you may not resell any template or product under any circumstances.
You are only allowed to create end products from the use of each design.
Are the templates OOAK?
No they are not one of a kind and will be resold.
Are listing pictures included in the purchase?
Unfortunately no, they are simply for presentation purposes only.
What Format are the pattern designs?
1: PNG (Transparent background) & JPEG (Solid color background)
2: 3600px x 3600px (12'' x 12'' / 30,48cm x 30,48cm)
3: Digital file format only
4: RGB color (Color presentation may differ from screen to printing and between different types of monitors)
5: Files are flattened and CANNOT be edited. (not layered, not vectorised)
6: 300 DPI for printing purposes.
Do you offer design tweaks or edits?
No we do not offer customisation or edits on any file, what you see in the listing images is what you buy, all details are provided clearly.
