HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY FILES?
After Etsy processes your payment, you will receive an email with a link to your downloads. You can always access your downloads by visiting your Etsy Profile, under "Purchases and Reviews" and select Download.
WHERE CAN I PRINT MY DOWNLOADS?
-Print instantly at home
-Take or email the files to your local printer or photo printing shop like Costco or Staples
-Upload the files to an online printing service like www.targetphoto.com, www.shutterfly.com, www.nationalphotolab.com, www.mpix.com etc.
WHAT PAPER SHOULD I USE?
It's a personal choice. I recommend a heavyweight, matte photo paper or white satin. Alternatively, you may choose to have your art printed on a canvas or other photo product
Most printing places have these types of paper:
-Ultra-white paper
-Bright white 250(+) gsm fine art paper
You can also select them at most online printing websites
WHAT FRAMES ARE YOU USING IN YOUR IMAGES AND WHERE CAN I GET THEM?
You can find affordable frames at shops like Ikea, Kmart, Walmart, West Elm, Target, etc.
Also you can frame your print at online framing services.
HOW TO OPEN A ZIP FILE?
IF you're using WINDOWS:
Right-click on the zip folder, then choose "exact all"
(remember where you save the files, so you can easily find them later)
IF you're using MAC:
Double click the zip folder. Create a new folder, and move the zip into there. Then use terminal and the command line "unzip" command.
