Creativity Meets Class

Perfect Pair Wedding Design and Coordination is made up of Angela Duggan and Kelly Regan. They are Halifax, Nova Scotia based wedding planners who specialize in unique, personalized weddings. They provide everything from custom wedding stationery to full service wedding planning.

Their journey planning weddings began when Angela, a Graphic Designer, got engaged and asked Kelly, a Title Searcher and former Manager, to be her Maid of Honour. Their goal was to throw a beautiful wedding, packed with personalized, meaningful details, while not breaking the bank. The result was so successful that many of the guests suggested that not only was it the most gorgeous wedding that they had ever attended, but that they should consider making a career out of helping other couples plan their weddings. So they did.

Perfect Pair Wedding Design and Coordination was founded in 2010. The objective was to help other couples create the same feeling. To not only design an exquisite affair, but to plan one that is deeply personal. In 2012 both Angela and Kelly became Wedding Planners Institute of Canada Certified Wedding Planners.

With Angela’s eye for detail and Kelly’s knack for structure and organization the Perfect Pair Wedding Design and Coordination Team is well balanced, creative and professional.

Welcome to Perfect Pair Wedding Design & Coordination's Etsy shop! We hope you are able to find what you're looking for. If you have a vision that is not quite like anything you see here we would be happy to help! We specialize in custom stationery. Please just send us a message or email to get the ball rolling.

Due to the personal and custom nature of our items no refunds or exchanges are accepted. All sales are final.

If there is an error on the items that is of fault to us, we will replace your order free of charge.

Purchasing a sample before finalizing a large order is encouraged.

For large orders non refundable deposits can be taken and full price would not be paid until the digital proof is approved. At this time full payment is required to commence printing and assembly.

We are not liable for your purchase once it is shipped.

If you are not satisfied, please send us a conversation message or email prior to writing feedback. We strive to ensure each customer is completely satisfied and want to resolve any issue prior to the feedback stage.

MISSPELLINGS/ INCORRECT WORDING: Perfect Pair Wedding Design and Coordination is not responsible for formatting and/or typographical errors on the final product. All errors, including spelling, punctuation, layout, format and typestyle are the full responsibility of the client. No exceptions. We highly encourage that you send an emailed proof to a family member or friend for viewing before approving.
Payment
We accept Paypal.
Shipping
All orders are made-to-order so a processing time is required. Invitations require 3-6 weeks to create depending on the demands at the time of ordering and size of order. Please inquire regarding your timelines. Timelines could increase at peak periods.

Please account for creation and shipping time when ordering your items. We ship using Canada Post. The average shipping times are 6-12 business days. Please consult for further information. If you would like your item to arrive sooner at your expense, please contact us. The postal service can add delays to a shipped order, especially during peak holiday seasons, so please order your item in a timely fashion to avoid disappointment. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the postal service.

Rush orders may require an additional charge of 10% of the whole order cost depending on increased demands. Please contact us for current timelines. During peak times rush orders may not be possible.

Shipping costs include the price of the mailer. Items will be packaged in the safest way possible in order to reach you damage-free. We are not liable for your package once it has been shipped. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages after delivery has been made. If you would like your item insured at your expense, please contact us.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

If you would like additional items, would like to make adjustments in any way to an existing posting or have your own unique vision you'd like us to make a reality, please send us a conversation message and we can work out a custom order that will be perfect for you!


ORDERING PROCESS: Commences after initial deposit is received.

The first draft of your design will be emailed in a color jpg or pdf to you. This is your opportunity to make any edits or additional design changes. You may send your comments via email.

Once we have incorporated your changes, we will email you a second jpg or pdf file to approve or edit.

A final draft will then be sent for approval for any last edits or changes. At this time, you must “sign off” on the Final Draft by emailing your approval. Any changes beyond these two editing rounds could result in an additional design charge.

Please – carefully! – proofread your design files during every step of the design process. Once you give final written approval of your design, Perfect Pair Wedding Design and Coordination is not responsible for formatting and/or typographical errors on the final product. All errors, including spelling, punctuation, layout, format and typestyle, are the full responsibility of the client. No exceptions. If you should choose to reprint due to errors of any kind, you are responsible for 100 percent of the reprint, reproduction, labor and shipping costs.

SAMPLES: A sample can be made available as is, based on the pictures in their listing for a flat fee. Customizations can be done to a sample during the ordering process after a deposit has been secured. We encourage you to order a custom sample if you are concerned about color and paper quality.

CUSTOM ORDERS: If you are looking for a custom order please contact us. We can meet with you over Skype and/or email (or in person if you are in the Halifax, NS area) to get a good idea of your vision. You will be provided with a detailed quote. Once a deposit is received the custom design process will begin. You will receive 3 initial designs to choose from plus 2 editing rounds. Any changes beyond these two editing rounds could result in an additional design charge.

PRINTING: All printing is done by a professional commercial printing company. We use only Pantone colors. The Pantone numbers used in your design can be supplied to you at no additional cost.

DISCLAIMER: Actual printed color may differ vary slightly from colors on screen due to different screen resolutions.

COPYRIGHT: Artists retains all rights to images.

Purchase of this print does not transfer reproduction rights. You may not resell or alter the digital file. You may not make copies of the digital file or physical items.
