Q: What if I have an issue with my order?
Thank you for choosing my online Etsy shop. I appreciate your support and hope you enjoy your purchase. Unfortunately, due to the nature of my products, I can’t accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, I want you to be happy and satisfied with your order, so if there are any issues with the products you receive, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve them.
Please note that shipping address information can’t be changed after an order is placed, so make sure you enter the correct information when you check out. I can’t be responsible if items get shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Q: Do you produce these products yourself?
Etsy distinguishes items as “handmade” if they are made and/or designed by the seller. I design all of my products myself, but I use various printing partners to produce them. This means that I do not physically make the items by hand, but I am involved in the creative process of designing them. I disclose information about my production partners in each listing, as required by Etsy’s Handmade Policy.
Where are these items shipped from?
All the items sold are produced by printing partners located in the USA and all orders are shipped from within the country.
US customers can also enjoy free shipping on orders over $35!
