I placed my order. How soon can I expect my personalized notecard design proofs?
Proofs are typically sent within a few days of placing your order. If there is a high volume of orders, expect some delay. I will ALWAYS send a proof of your personalized notecards so please do not worry.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are scheduled to ship within 2-5 business days however it can vary for other products. Please note ‘business days’ exclude weekends.
When will my order arrive? *US orders ONLY*
Please note we use a courier system which delivers all our US orders to USPS directly. There is often a 2 day delay between our courier pick-up and drop-off to USPS since we are located in Canada. USPS will scan your order within 24-48 hours of drop-off and will arrive within 3-5 business days. Should you wish to upgrade your method of shipping, you can purchase DHL priority shipping in our shop under the 'Priority Shipping' category. We are not held accountable for any courier or weather delays. Holidays or any unforeseen circumstances may also affect this timeframe.
When will my order arrive? *Canadian orders ONLY*
It can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks for delivery by regular mail, depending on your location in Canada. Tracking is available for purchase but is NOT included in the regular shipping price. You can purchase Canada Post priority shipping in our shop under the 'Priority Shipping' category. We are not held accountable for any courier or weather delays. Holidays or any unforeseen circumstances may also affect this timeframe.
When will my order arrive? *International orders ONLY*
It can take anywhere from 2-8+ weeks for delivery by regular mail, depending on your location. If you wish to purchase priority shipping, please contact me as soon as possible. We are not held responsible for delays due to customs or weather delays. Holidays or any unforeseen circumstances may also affect this timeframe.
I need my order by a certain date. Can you rush it?
Yes, but please contact me as soon as possible. Priority shipping is available at an additional cost however fees will vary depending on what you purchase and how quickly you need your order.
If your order has already been shipped it cannot be refunded. If proofs were already sent but not yet processed and you wish to cancel after the fact, please note there may be a small penalty fee. Due to a high volume of orders, I prioritize and ship in order of purchase dates. Please message me for more details if you have any questions or concerns.
Will my order ship on statutory holidays?
If your order is scheduled to ship on a holiday (Christmas, Easter, Labour Day, etc), please note it will be shipped the following business day. Business days do not include weekends.
Do you offer samples?
No, unfortunately we do not offer samples.
Can I change fonts?
Sure! Take a look at other card designs in our shop and let us know if you prefer something else. We are more than happy to make the switch for you!
Can my order be in a language other than English?
Yes! Please note it will be your responsibility to provide us with the appropriate text. We will send you digital proofs prior to printing.
