This is a beautiful purse. Kalyn was such a lovely person to work with as this was a custom order. She was so helpful with helping me understand the process, the customizations I could ask for, and very communicative about what was happening with my order. She is also excellent with quality control as she refused to send me the bag as she was concerned about a rivet issue. Instead, she purchased new equipment and put on a new set of rivets to ensure the longevity of the bad. I'd highly recommend working with her!
