Clear plans for the home you already love
After 30 years in residential design, I've sat at a lot of kitchen tables with homeowners at the start of a project. The same thing happens almost every time. People know what they want their home to feel like, but the steps to get there are scattered: a budget in one place, contractor quotes in another, a list of questions half-remembered.
PlanWell Home grew out of those conversations. Each planner is the kind of worksheet I wish every homeowner had before the first phone call to a contractor. They are written in plain language, laid out so you can see the whole project at once, and built to be filled in at your own pace.
You'll find planners for a full renovation, a kitchen or bathroom remodel, comparing bids side by side, making a home easier to live in as the years go by, keeping up with maintenance and records, and looking at an older house before you buy.
These are general education tools, not professional advice for your specific home. They help you ask better questions, keep track of decisions, and walk into every conversation with your contractor feeling prepared.
Thank you for stopping by. I hope these planners make your next project calmer and clearer.
