Can I change the color of the listings?
Yes! Our templates are totally editable - you can change fonts, colors, pictures, graphics - make it yours and update it with your branding!
How do I download the files?
Once your purchase has been confirmed, you'' be sent an email with a link to download the file(s).
Alternatively, to access your digital file(s) from your Etsy account directly, go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
How do I access the templates?
First, you will need to download the PDF file (please see "How do I download the files" for directions on how to do this).
Once you've downloaded your PDF, I recommend reading through the information and then heading down to the last page where you’ll see the link to download the Canva template. Click the DOWNLOAD TEMPLATE button and it will open up the template in your desktop browser.
Are your files editable?
Our TEMPLATES are totally editable - you can change all the wording, fonts and flat colours.
Our PRINTABLES are done-for-you and are available as a printable pdf and are not editable. These listings will be clearly marked.
What software do I need?
Our templates are made with the free app Canva - you just need a Canva account to access.
I need a fresh copy of my template - do I need to buy it again?
Not at all! To load a fresh version of your purchased template, just open the pdf we gave you with the link to access - click that link to load in a new template.
What are the terms of use?
The purchase of a template grants the user a limited commercial license for a single business. You can use the designs to promote your business, but please do not resell or give away (unless otherwise specified on the listing).
I changed my mind and want a refund, is this possible?
Due to the digital nature of these items we do not offer refunds. However, we always want to make sure you are happy and comfortable with your order. Please reach out right away if you need help, support, or have questions about your order. We are very happy to help!
