1 out of 5 starsThe seller said some flaw in the pictures is not a crack but it’s definitely a CRACK. Also, one screw has been replaced but the seller never told me about that.

Hi Everyone, We do our best to take care of all of our customers, please see the 1000+ reviews in all 3 of our shops. These glasses where throughly inspected prior to being listed and then again prior to shipping, the buyer messaged us 10 times before purchasing the glasses so we were very cautious. They were received on February 16 and we were not contacted until almost a month later. We are not sure why the buyer, with all of his concerns prior to purchasing the glasses waited for a month after he received them to contact us regarding a problem. Our shop policies allow for returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase, and we are happy to deal with any problems within that period. Who knows what may have been done to the glasses in the month after they were received and when we were first contacted.
