    I gladly accept returns and exchanges
    Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
    Send items back within: 30 days of delivery
    I don't accept cancellations
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalised orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

    I want each customers to be happy. So if there's a problem with the product you received, please contact me and I will do my best to solve the issue.
    Delivery
    *If you live in Montreal, you may contact me if you prefer to pickup your order at a meeting point to save on shipping. Contact me before ordering for details.

    You will receive a shipping notification and information as soon as your order is on the way. For "Made to order" items refer to shipping turnaround indicated on the item listing.

    I ship using Canada Post.
    - Canadian orders are shipped through regular lettermail or parcel with tracking and insurance for larger items.
    - International shipping cost don't include insurance or tracking number. Please contact me before ordering and I will give you another quote.

    If you have any special shipping instructions or needs or would like me to ship your order through another carrier, please contact me so I can update the shipping cost.

    I am aware that shipping costs can seem expensive sometimes but I prefer to show my customers the true cost of shipping rather that raising the prices of my items in order to make the shipping costs appear lower as some shops do. Please know that I always refund shipping overage when possible.

    Customs:
    As when you buy anything from an online store that is located outside your country, be aware that you might have to pay customs and taxes fees,
