Returns and exchange details
We will provide you with a refund/exchange on full-priced items if:
• The items are in original condition, with all tags attached
• The items have not been worn, damaged or washed
• The items are faulty
If your products have seam failure or damaged in the postal system etc. please let us know. We'll do our best.
The shipping costs incurred for returning your items to Poplin for exchange or refund are at your own expense.
We are not able to offer direct exchanges as our inventory is usually limited. If the style or size you are wanting to exchange is not currently in stock please let us know.
Please ensure you read all sizing info carefully before making your purchase and get in touch with us if you need any more info about the garment or if you are unsure of your size.

Ready-to-ship items are shipped within 2 business days (Mon-Fri between 11am-5pm Turkey time- GMT+2) once the payment is completed. Except MADE to ORDER items which require 10-15 business days.

- 7-14 business days to Europe
- 15-30 business days to USA, Canada and rest of the world.
If you need priority shipping, please contact us before purchase and we will work out a plan that works for both of us.
Even it does not happen often, packages are occasionally delayed by customs, this is out of our control and we request that you factor this eventuality into the delivery time.

We do not refund for lost or stolen packages.
We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address. We will ship to your Etsy address unless otherwise is instructed during purchase or right after purchase. Please make sure your Etsy address is correct.
