I do my very best to get orders out as quickly as possible, while ensuring their quality remains. My working hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm (mountain standard time). Although I try to answer messages as promptly as possible please understand my weekends are my family time, so some answer times may be delayed on weekends and evenings.
*Right now my PROCESSING TIME is 3 - 7 business days, but I do my absolute best to get everything out ASAP. Some custom orders may take longer than the estimated time. Please note - this time is the Processing Time which reflects when the item is ready to be shipped, not including shipping time.
Normal shipping times within Canada ranges from 3-10 business days.
Shipping to the U.S. averages 7-12 business days, however can take up to 21 days. I cannot control longer times due to customs, or other hold-ups.

*Most items shipped contain TRACKING information, however our smaller items that are sent as "Free Shipping" will be shipped by regular letter mail without tracking - unless tracking upgrade is purchased at checkout.

Item arrives damaged. Now what do I do?

You will need to contact our shop within 72 hours of delivery date if any issues should arise with your order. We require photos of damage, as well as box and shipping label. Please send these to us right away.

No coverage for normal wear and tear on any items

Care instructions

All Water Bottles, Tumblers and Enamel mugs are suggested hand wash only and dry thoroughly. Stainless Steel products cannot go in microwaves

I think my package is lost. What do I do?

If your order shows delivered and it's not, please contact your local post office with your tracking number. They can track to see where the package/s were left and can assist in locating them.
Once you have done that then please send us a message or email to info@prairiepressed.ca

We are NOT not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked delivered.

I entered the wrong address, now what?

If your address is incorrect and you realize this after purchase, please send a message via Etsy IMMEDIATELY, and I will change the address for you. You still need to update it in your Etsy settings for future purchases. WE ARE NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If an item is returned to us due to an insufficient address, you will need to pay the shipping fees to have it resent back to you.

PLEASE make sure your address is up to date before placing your order. In the event your item has already been sent, you can try to contact your carrier to inquire about re-routing.

In the event your order is returned to us, we will contact you and hold your parcel for 90 days. After 90 days your order will be donated. No exceptions
