Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders are always welcome! If you have an idea for a blanket and you don't see it in my shop, i'd be happy to work with you to create something unique!
Shipping
All of my orders are shipped directly from my manufacturer. I have no control over how or when the item gets to you after it is submitted from me.
Wrong or damaged items
If there is an error or damaging in the product that you receive, let me know as soon as possible and i'll work with you to get you a corrected item. This is for spelling errors only.
Custom orders are not returnable due to the one of a kind nature of the order.
Complaints
If you are every unhappy with your order for any reason, contact me directly with your concern. I work hard to respond to messages ASAP, usually within 24 hours. I want my customers to be happy, so we'll work together to resolve the issue.
