I messaged about shipping timeframes for a birthday gift and got a very quick response and they were extremely helpful in making sure it would get here on time. It actually got here even earlier than it was expected. It is absolutely beautiful and the customization is perfect. Such a great quality product and I would recommend highly to anybody.
