Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1 working day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. This is very rare but we will notify you with a message.
I have not received my item?
Please use the tracking detail provided with the order dispatch notification to track your order. If the tracking doesn't work, please contact us.
If there's any problem with delivery:
Please contact us after 14 days of our dispatch date, as we need to allow 15 working days for Royal Mail to start the investigation. Once we have filed the case with them we will surely resolve the case.
***Please note: we don't provide a refund for the lost item, a replacement will be sent for item not received case.
My item is faulty, I want a replacement / refund.
It happens very rarely and we will take full responsibility. We will provide you the return label or pay for the return postage. Please contact us so we can come up with the solution you are 100% satisfied with.

ProudLondon will, of course, accept returns of its products but we are in favour of our customers making the right product choice in the first place.
The return process involves a long procedure that diminishes our principal goal: to take care of the planet.
REpacking (more paper) y REdelivering another product (more gas emissions) are only two of the negatives of the return process, preventing ProudLondon from being as sustainable as it is committed to.
So please think twice before purchasing any product, thank you.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the refund.
My item returned back to seller address because of incorrect address, missed the delivery.
Our courier partner will try their best to deliver your parcel. If in case of incorrect address was provided, the buyer will be liable for re-shipping fee.
If in case you missed the delivery:
We use premium service to send our orders, our courier partners will attempt 2-3 deliveries. If you miss all the attempts, your parcel will be held on your nearest depot. Please use the tracking provided and manage a collection or redelivery.
If the buyer cannot manage those options and parcel returns back to us we will process a refund of item cost.
