I love these cards. The artwork is really beautiful. Why spend money on store-bought cards when you can give little pieces of art, and for less! I may even frame the aurora borealis cards!

My set up for the Kivi Park Artisan Walk in Sudbury, September 2022. What a wonderful weekend.
My display at the Makers North Handmade Holiday Fair in November.
A vintage ladder that I use for displaying single cards at markets. It's fun to set up.

Video summary: A sped-up video of how I tape the cards together. In this video I am taping the velum paper, with the calligraphy, onto the watercolour paper. (Velum paper is smooth for writing on, and watercolour paper is not!)

About My Work

I love to do small paintings of simple, whimsical flowers, with watercolour and sometimes ink. I make them into note cards, with the hope that they will end up making someone happy when they receive a handwritten note on one. You can see my process, my works-in-progress and my messy, but well-loved work space (and sometimes my cats) on my Instagram page, below.
