Mark was fantastic in helping me figure out the best option for me. I wanted something special for my cousins passing away to give to his wife. He was able to make a sound wave with a QR code of hemisphere voicemail to her. He also did in his favorite color blue and added the wording he said in that voicemail. He answered my questions right away and had to me pretty fast!! I will always come to him and recommended him to anyone he needs something special like this made! I printed this out on a photo box and it’s beautiful!

I actually got teary when I saw what Mark had created. My daughter had told me awhile ago that the Billy Joel song Vienna had touched her - so I checked on Etsy and found this site. I wanted to add her photo, but wasn't sure how to go about it...would it mess up the text? Would it just be too busy? I sent Mark the photo and OH! The solution he came up with was gorgeous. My husband was speechless. The whole process was very smooth - Mark communicated what was going on, when I could expect the download...and here it is. I could not be happier with the result. Thank you!
