RAG Performance began in 1993 with a dream — to create a speed shop capable of building machines that would be respected, competitive and feared by those lining up against them.
The beginnings were humble.
There was no polished workshop, big budget or corporate backing.
It started in a carport, driven by a fascination with performance, mechanical engineering and one simple question:
How do we make it faster?
What started under that carport continued to grow, eventually moving into an aircraft hangar, where bigger projects, more serious machinery and increasingly ambitious ideas became possible.
Then, in 1999, that pursuit of performance went to another level.
RAG Performance travelled halfway around the world to gain specialist training and hands-on racing experience, learning from people operating at the sharp end of international motorsport.
Since those early years, our experience has crossed some very different forms of high-performance machinery.

That experience shaped what RAG Performance stands for today.
We're not creating an automotive brand because cars happen to be popular.
We've lived it.
We've spent the late nights in workshops.
We've chased problems that didn't make sense.
We've broken things.
Rebuilt them.
Changed them.
Tested them.
And gone back again looking for the next improvement.
Because anyone who genuinely builds performance machinery knows something:

There's always another idea.
Another modification.
Another tenth of a second.

Today, we're taking that history and building the next chapter.
