STAMP CARE INSTRUCTIONS FROM PAPER PASTRIES:
Stamp on scrap paper to see what amount of ink & pressure works best. Once you're done for the day clean your stamp by wiping with damp cloth. Never use harsh chemicals. If ink cakes on, gently scrub with soap & water.

If you’ve already received a notification that your order has shipped, that means that USPS will be picking up your item that day (or will be dropped off at UPS/FedEx). They don’t always scan it when picking it up and so it sometimes will still show as “pre-transit” until it gets to my local PO or even the distribution center. On rare occasions, it does not get scanned until it reaches YOUR local post office or upon deliver! Unfortunately, I have absolutely no control over any of this – it is all USPS, increasingly has looked to slow mail delivery as a cost-saving measure. I always look to get your order out the same or next day (including Saturdays, excluding Sundays & holidays) in an attempt to counteract any potential delays though!!

Please refer to the instructions that came with your hand knit item. If you've not purchased yet, please see the individual listing for specific care instructions. When in doubt, always hand-wash in cool water and lay flat to dry.

I always refund any shipping overages if in excess of $1, exclusive of Etsy and transaction fees. If you order multiple items and some include free shipping and others have a shipping charge, I will account for any additional shipping cost for the chargeable shipping item(s) beyond what it costs to ship the free shipping item(s) and refund accordingly.
