I JUST FOUND MY NEW FAVORITE ETSY SHOP/SELLER! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY CUSTOM FRANKENSTEIN BAG!!! The craftsmanship is outstanding. Laura went above and beyond what I expected when making my bag. Communication was excellent. She responded promptly to all my messages and offered suggestions that helped me in planning my bag. She even took the time to send me pictures of coordinating fabric and zipper choices for the inside of the bag. She added a super cute zipper pull and even made me a matching heart pouch. Turnaround time was super quick. I can't wait to order more from her in the future. I highly recommend this shop.
