When will I receive my package once it has shipped?

CANADA - depending on your location you can receive your items within 3 to 7 business days.

USA - depending on your location you can receive your items within 3 to 8 business days.

Who pays for customs fees?

"...buyers pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

Most sellers on Etsy are unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and Etsy does not expect sellers to calculate or collect these fees or taxes. This information should be clarified in sellers' shop policies"

Goods arriving into AU from non-AU country

As of July 1st, 2018, Etsy must collect and remit GST on certain orders shipped into Australia.

Etsy will automatically collect and remit the tax from AU buyers, but sellers may need to include additional information on the customs form depending on the shipping method.

Australian customs authorities may look at the customs form to confirm that GST was paid on the order. Multiple items purchased in the same order should be shipped in the same package.

Sellers who ship packages using a national mail service, such as the United States Postal Service, PostNL in the Netherlands, Royal Mail in the United Kingdom, or Canada Post, may not be required to provide this additional information.

Goods arriving into the US

When goods are shipped into the US, the buyer (“Importer”) is responsible for any fees/taxes/duty that may accrue on the merchandise when it clears Customs and Border Protection (“CBP”).

Items will arrive in the US to one of U.S. CBP International Mail Branches for clearance.

Packages whose declared value is under $800 will generally be cleared without any additional paperwork prepared by CBP.

If any duty is owed, CBP will charge a processing fee for clearing the package. Duty and the processing fee are due at the local post office of the Buyer, where the package has been forwarded.

Returned item for none payment of import VAT/fees/taxes/duties?

If an item is returned to me because the customer did not pay the import VAT/fees/taxes or duties in their corresponding countries.

No refund or exchange will be issued

Is my shipping cost refundable?

If for any reason you are receiving a refund for your purchased items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping your refund will be minus the shipping cost I paid to your package.

Will I receive a full refund for an item that was shipped back to the seller (ex. buyer provided wrong address or unclaimed parcel)

If a correction is made before I ship the item(s) that is great. If I ship the item and you notify me once the package is in transit, it will need to be sent back to me. Once I receive it and you would like me to ship it back to you than you are responsible for any shipping fees. If you no longer wish to receive your item and you wish to get a refund you will receive one minus any fees associated with the return and shipping fees are non refundable. If you received free shipping than shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Return fees vary based on package size and destination. A refund can't be issued until I receive the item(s). This process can take a few weeks.

What happens if my package is lost in the mail?

If you still have not received your items and a significant amount of time has passed please contact me before leaving a review, so that we can resolve the issue together. I am here to help you get your items as quickly as possible.
If an inquiry needs to be made with the shipping company I will do that, once the investigation is complete we will proceed from there and determine the best course for action. Each situation will be dealt with individually and each outcome will vary based on a case by case situation.

Will I receive any email correspondence from anyone other than RfbyMariola?

Yes you will.

You will receive email correspondence only from the shipping company to inform you of your package status. This includes that the shipping company received your item, item was processed, item is on it's way to you and your package is out for delivery.
