All of my designs are handmade locally in-house, in Montreal paying delicate attention to craftsmanship and detail to ensure the best quality garments and accessories available for my clients and their pets to enjoy.

5 out of 5 starsThis is a beautiful Swarovski collar , it came packaged beautifully with care , and in a timely manner , it sparkles and twinkles in all lighting , it is made very well , no sharp edges , the stones do not catch on fabric or snag and do not scratch or cut skin , they are all even and beautifully set ,.. my little Miss Moneypenny feels so pretty and she acts so proud as she springs around the house like my mini little deer , thank you Lucy for your beautiful work ,

5 out of 5 starsThe quality of this plaid hoody is excellent ... and very well made. The fabric is soft and great fit. Purchased 2 sizes (for my 7 lbs Yorky and new 3 lbs Havanese puppy). Liked this hoody so much that I purchased it again in 2 more larger sizes so that my new baby Havanese could grow into it! Arrived on time and my personal interaction with the owner was excellent!

Montreal designer Lucy Medeiros owner and founder of Roxy and Lulu was born and raised in the heart of Montreal in a traditional European family. Having grown up with both her parents working in the needle trade, influenced her to create lavish garments for her Barbies as a child. Later on in life it only seemed natural for her to go into the same line of business that influenced her as a young girl.
Upon graduating in the Fashion Design program at Lasalle College in Montreal in1984, she landed her first designer position. With a creative mind and an eagerness to learn, she gained experience and wisdom. Throughout her career she went on to work with various Canadian and US major retailers and manufacturers in Ladies, and Men’s fashion as a designer and merchandiser.
In 1989, after her first child was born, Lucy discovered a passion for children’s wear, where she spent the next 10 years of her career designing and merchandising everything wearable under the sun.
Looking back today, little did she know that in 2004 she would have a life changing experience that would lead her on the path to where she is today, when a little blonde female Yorkie named Roxy came into her life and captured her heart. It wasn’t too long after, that another furry member was added to the family, a male Yorkie named Kiko.
Needless to say with Roxy and Kiko as her inspirations, it only seemed natural to move her career in a pet related direction. At the end of 2006 “Roxy and Lulu” was born naming the company after Roxy, who was her inspiration for starting her business and LuLu, her own childhood nick name.
Lucy has spent the past few years in the pet industry making her mark designing and creating different lines of handmade Swarovski crystal jeweled pet collars and matching leads.
August 2008 was the official launch of her doggy wear line at Pet Fashion Week in New York City, a trade show open strictly to industry buyers and media. Her clothing line named “Urban Doggie Wear” inspired by today’s street fashions was a hit!
January 2011, Lucy once again expanded the Roxy and Lulu brand into a Luxury lifestyle brand of Haute Pet Couture under the label 'RL Couture - by Lucy Medeiros'. This line is mainly focused on high fashion dog harness dresses, gowns and harness vest for boys, created with luxurious fabrics such as silks, velvets, taffeta's, brocades and satins, embellished with Swarovski Crystal Elements.
Taking her many years of fashion experience and applying them to a different animal has been her most rewarding challenge. As a Designer, she strives to share her creativity with the world by offering her edgy and personal fashion style. With long hours and hard work, Lucy always has a smile on her face because her passion and love of animals fuels her drive for success.

Returns and exchange details
Kindly understand due to the nature of my business, where items are produced upon an order or custom order (specifically made with your pet's measurements) is non-refundable or exchangeable. It is the buyers responsibility to correctly measure their pet and transmitting the correct information. If you are unsure where or how to measure your pet, kindly refer to the guide on my website at https://www.roxyandlulu.com/how-to-measure. If you are still unsure, please message me before placing your order. I'll be happy to assist you.
Once an item has been shipped, I am no longer responsible for that item. If in the transport process the package is lost or damaged. The buyer is responsible for taking up any necessary steps with the shipping company to recover any losses. Having said that, in offering the best customer service, I will assist and work with you as best as I can.
Payment
This is one of the safest ways to purchase and provides protection to both the buyer and the seller. For more information as to how Roxy and LuLu gift cards function, kindly refer to a gift card listing where you will find more detailed information.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME: Under each listing you will find the processing time it will take to produce and ship your order. Items already produced generally have a 1-2 day delay and custom orders usually have a 1-2 week delay. If for any reason I can not fulfill your order within the set time period, I will notify you through a convo. Having said that, I generally fulfill everything on time.
CANCELLATION:
Roxy and Lulu etsy shop offers a 24 hour grace period, from the time a transaction is complete in which to cancel an order. Any cancellation surpassing the 24 hour grace period, will not be refunded (including shipping cost). Rather, will be used as a "Roxy and LuLu Shop Credit" toward a future purchase.
- If we have been in communication through "etsy convo" and I do not receive reply's to my questions to better serve you within the said 24 hour grace period, the above mentioned will apply.
- IN THIS CASE...I will create a new "credit" listing for you specifically with the revised credited amount to be used toward an item you want to purchase in my shop.
Delivery
Please let us know in advance if you need signature required shipping, or a faster shipping method. Once a package is confirmed as shipped by Canada Post, I am no longer liable for that package, unless *you* have requested a more secure shipping method, and have paid to have the package insured. The buyer is responsible for asking for shipping upgrades. Contact me with your order / delivery preferences and I'll create a revised listing for you.
Note that for international orders, all import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
