PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES:
Once you've placed your order, we'll begin making your light fixture. Since each item is handmade, it can take a few days before your item is shipped. Your light fixture will be carefully and securely packed to avoid damage.

We offer free door to door shipping on all orders!
Once your order is on its way, we'll update you with a tracking number. Our shipments arrive to most countries within 7-10 business days.
If you need help tracking your parcel, please feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to help.

*For customers in Europe: Countries in Europe clients have to pay taxes on all incoming parcels outside.
Buyers are responsible for any taxes and duties. Therefore it is important to check the tax costs before purchasing the products.

*For customers in US and Canada: The standard canopy (base) diameter is 3.9inch" *10cm.
We can replace it for 4.72inch" *12cm or 5.1inch" *13cm for free. Therefore it is important to check the diameter of the electrical wall so that the base fits the electrical wall. For any change in base size send me a message please.

*For customers in US and Canada: You should also check the tax costs before purchasing. Buyers are responsible for any taxes and duties.

POLICY

*We allow you to return the products to us up to 14 days from the day of receiving the package.
If a customer wants to return the products, we will send an arranged return address, and the customer will have to send the package back to us.

*If a customer refuses to accept the package because of the tax costs, and the package will be forced to return to us because of the refusal of the package. We will issue a refund to the customer after deducting the costs of export and import shipping.
