**RecycledLPRecords is based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada. Shipping anything from Canada to anywhere else in the world, is becoming more costly. If you are prepared to wait a bit longer for your order, please let us know prior to ordering and we will provide you with different rates and expected times in transit. Likewise, if you require an order shipped faster than what we offer on our Shipping Profile, please contact us prior to ordering, for alternate rates. We ship with Chit Chats, always providing a tracking number and insurance of your recycled record product, however, if you want a lower rate, your order may not be tracked or insured and we may not be able to give you an idea of where your parcel is in transit.
Currently, depending on where you are in the world, these are the average numbers of business days expected for an order to reach you, however please consider possible pandemic-related delays when ordering.
Canada: 4-10 business days
USA: 6-10 business days
Europe: 10-15 business days

Custom and personalized orders
We try to process all orders within 3 business days, however custom orders can take a little longer. For example, prior to shipping a clock, we like to run it for at least 48 hours to make sure the mechanism works perfectly.

Will you consider making any type of recycled record product even if it's not featured on the website?
Absolutely. If you have an idea, please contact us and we will work with you to try and make it a possibility.
Sizing details
LP record clocks are 30 cm/11.75 inches in diameter. Vinyl bracelets or cuffs are usually a universal fit as they are somewhat flexible, however if you want to accommodate a larger or smaller (child's) wrist, please don't hesitate to mention the diameter of the wrist. Ornaments and record label coasters are approximately 10 cm/4 inches in diameter.
Care instructions
Record vinyl can be wiped clean with a lukewarm, slightly damp cloth and allowed to air dry. Record label coasters are laminated on both sides, can be used with hot and cold beverages and easily cleaned.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We often use recycled packaging and wrapping such as cardboard, boxes, bubble wrap, record sleeves, etc. We encourage you to re-use or recycle on your end too.
We do not gift-wrap items, however we can send a small, hand-written personalised card if requested.
Important Shipping Info for Holidays
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO:
Give yourself ample time when buying for Christmas, special holidays and the festive season. Around these times, mail can take a little longer than normal.
Require an order shipped faster than what we offer on our Shipping Profile? Contact us prior to ordering, for alternate rates. Likewise, if you don't mind waiting longer for your recycled products to arrive, you can request your items be shipped by Snail Mail to save you some money. Thank you.
How long does Surface Mail/Snail Mail take versus Airmail?
Surface Mail can take 2-3 months to anywhere outside North America. Airmail is always faster at 7-21 business days in North America depending on potential delays at Customs and 10-24 business days depending on where you are overseas. Our estimated delivery times are based on shipping by Air. Choose your rate and speed at checkout and if you are unsure, please ask.
