Welcome to Recycled Threading! We are a Mother and Daughter team, who love to design, sew and create.

Returns and exchanges
A happy customer is our ultimate goal! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase simply contact us on Etsy, send the piece back in good/unused condition within 14 days and we will refund your purchase price and original shipping fee. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
Payment
Payment accepted through PAYPAL. If you do not have a PAYPAL account, it is still possible to pay with a credit card; choose the option "Paypal" and then choose option "Pay by Credit Card."

Payment is to be made within 3 days of your purchase.
Delivery
All items are shipped via Canada Post within 2 business days from receipt of payment; unless however it is a "Custom Order."

If you prefer another shipping method, or an expedited shipment, please advise before purchasing, and a quote will be provided.

If you would like to add insurance please advise before purchasing, and the shipping costs on the listing will be edited for you.
