This order was impacted by the Canada Post strike and that is not in any way related to the product or seller. The star is lovely. It was heavier than I expected and hard to figure out how to put it on the tree. My main issue is when it arrived the battery lights only lasted 30 minutes. After that they came on and died in less than 10 seconds. I thought maybe the mail delay was an issue and messaged for support but got a reply that orders were paused till after the strike (and the strike was over a few weeks by then). Now, almost 2 months later, I get the same reply. So basically I have a wooden star with dead lights on it and can’t get the lights open to change the batteries or get assistance with the issue as the store remains paused. I want to love it but just can’t.

Great quality product and it’s beautiful. Light and doesn’t weigh down the tree. The only drawback was that we found this style hard to put on the tree though. Wish there was an option to purchase with a pole so that the pole can go in artificial trees.
