5 out of 5 starsThe Horus stone tablet I ordered is honestly better than I expected. Its beautiful. It really looks and feels like some kind of ancient fossil or relic someone found. Fast no hassle shipping with messages and pics when it shipped and a confirmation message from the seller making sure it arrived safe. Packaged very well. I didn't have any customer service concerns but seller gave me plenty of info in case a did and I'm sure would have solved any issue I had. Will very likely buy from this shop again.

4 out of 5 starsIt looked great, minus a bit of shipping 'buffing'. Possibly this would not have occurred if item had been packed in a box instead of simply wrapped tightly.

Thank you for your feedback, I’m glad you liked the piece overall. Although the item was shipped in a box made to its exact dimensions, reinforced with thick double-wall cardboard, wrapped in protective bubble material, and secured with three layers of tape, unfortunately minor surface effects can still occur during transit due to handling conditions beyond the sender’s control. Your feedback is appreciated and helps me further improve my packaging methods.

5 out of 5 starsexactly as pictured - incredibly fast service - ordered on December 21, delivered to New York State on December 24 - company meticulous in keeping me posted as to the progress in the order - carefully packaged (I have never seen bubble wrap on the outside of a package, but it did protect the item) - item can be handed as a gift without wrapping it - the packaging will serve a gift wrap - extremely happy
