Renascence Vintage Photo Book & Paper Autobiography

I began my love affair with antiquarian books over 50 years while combing old Seattle area bookshops with my older brother, among the books we found old postcards which also found their way home, lovingly sorted in boxes.

As an adult I landed my dream job working in a busy used and antiquarian book shop in the small NW town of Port Townsend WA. While there, on a whim, I began selling vintage postcards and books on Ebay, branching out into vintage photos which have become my great love. I enjoy everything about buying, sorting and selling old photos and snapshots and getting them into the hands of collectors and crafts persons at reasonable & affordable prices.

Eventually I was able to quit my day job and now enjoy working at home, though I work more now then when I had a "real" job, I LOVE my job and my wonderful customers. I continue to sell in my shop on Ebay (reeneeqs) and have now branched out into the wonderful world of Etsy.

My shop name comes from the title of one of my favorite poems Renascence by Edna St. Vincent Millay which is about rebirth or revival of what was once dormant.......the perfect definition for the selling of evocative, vintage photographs!
