Excellent fit. Was looking for something like this because the grips available on the market are too heavy and add lots of bulk to the camera. This one snaps right in place and is a snug fit, even without the included screws. I added the included screws into the body for a more “permanent” fit. Would recommend this to all ZF owners.

I have been looking forward to reviewing this grip after some extensive use. The ergonomics on my Zf improved drastically after having used the smallrig grip for awhile. It’s not squishy, it’s 3D printed, that was the only compromise I made but I would ultimately choose the 3D printed grip. It made my camera much lighter and it was also nice that the item included longer new screws and a screwdriver to complete the swap. No adhesive required. 10/10.

I had a large baseplate grip for my Nikon ZF and it made a bulky camera too tall and I was on a mission to make it more compact. I would look up grips only and found them all to be glued on and I have no faith in those holding up over time. I'm so glad to have found this grip that actually gets screwed in to existing screws (ones I never even really looked at before!). It fits well and snaps on like it was made by Nikon and matches the aesthetics to a tee. It should stay on, albeit it the hump in front can feel less secure if you only hold by the fingertips, which I sometimes do when walking around for a break. Luckily a thumb grip is provided in the back so its best to use the full hand to wrap around the edge. I'm glad I found this as its quite unique offering. I may want to have a second copy as backup over the long haul.
