Hi, I’m Tina, the founder of RichByDesignCo. My journey started with a simple idea: to combine creativity with purpose. I’ve always loved making things by hand, but as a mom, I also wanted to create resources and keepsakes that families could treasure — and tools that would help kids dream big, grow confident, and see their own potential.
I was raised by entrepreneur parents, and while working in their businesses they instilled in me two lessons I carry to this day: always do your best, and always treat your customers with respect. They taught me that even on tough days, customer service means leaving attitudes at the door — because no one should spend their hard-earned money and get less than what they deserve. That value is at the heart of how I run this shop.
