When will I receive my item?
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and 3-8 days for standard shipping. On overage your order gets processed and delivered within 7 days or less.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation of your order within 1 hour of purchase.
What brands do you use for t-shrits?
For t-shirts, we mainly use Gildan 64000, which is a high quality Gildan Shirt, that is thicker and longer than a regular Bella + Canvas shirt. We do however carry Bella + Canvas shirts as well. Bella + Canvas shirts are more expensive, but that doesn’t mean they are better quality, they just have more variety in color.
How do you wash these items?
All items should be washed and dried inside out on low heat to ensure that the design stays intact.
What should I do if something is wrong with my item?
Before leaving a negative review, PLEASE contact us first. If by mistake, a wrong colour or size was shipped to you. We can fix that for you.
Can I exchange or return my item?
Each order is created on-demand for you. So PLEASE triple check your item before checking out. One the order is sent it cannot be exchanged or returned.
Do you offer faster shipping?
Before ordering, please contact us if you want faster shipping. Which would be less the 5 business days.
On average, orders are processed and delivered in 7 business days or less. Expect longer delivery times, during holidays.
Overnight 1 days shipping is available, but will cost more money. Our partners, will put your item to the front of the line to make sure it gets printed immediately.
